Tell us which app you are using, what device you are on (iPhone or Android), the app version, what you did, and what happened. That gets you a useful answer in one reply rather than three.

If you would rather use a form, the one on our home page covers bug reports, questions, feature ideas and anything nice you want to say. It reaches the same people.

Response times

We aim to reply to every message within one working day. Bug reports go straight to the people who wrote the code, so a fix, or a clear explanation of why not, follows quickly.

Refunds and subscriptions

Subscriptions are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, not from us directly, so cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Cancel through your account settings with that store. We have no ability to cancel or refund a store subscription on your behalf.

If you think we have got something wrong, contact us anyway. We will help where we can and tell you honestly where we cannot.

Deleting your data

What this involves depends on the app, because they are built differently.

Apps with no account

Reverse Audio has no sign-in and stores everything on your device. Delete your content in the app, or uninstall it, and it is gone. We never held a copy, so there is nothing for us to delete at our end.

Apps with an account

PlantSwap has accounts. Go to Settings → Sign out, then email us asking us to delete your account. We will delete it and all associated data within 7 days.

Each app's privacy policy sets out exactly what is held and for how long.
